15-YEAR-OLD PHENOM STARS IN STELLAR FUSIONS FIRST OHIO EVENT: Grateful (3PFD & Zach Is Nobody) VS Ungrateful (Mac Rally)

Lavatory Records

TIFFIN, OH… May 15, 2017... On Friday, April 7, 2017, Stellar Fusion Entertainment held their first event Ohio event, “Vortex”, which starred 15-year-old phenom Mac Rally vs. 3PFD and Zach Is Nobody in “Grateful vs. Ungrateful”.

One against two?  That almost doesn’t seem fair, and in most cases it wouldn’t be.  However, due to a last minute cancellation by Mac Rally’s scheduled opponent, the league was forced to improvise. With 24 hours’ notice, 3PFD and Zach Is Nobody, who were already set to face each other on this same card, decided to “team up” to fill three rounds against Mac Rally.  The results were surprising dope on all sides, as 3PFD and Zach Is Nobody both came with some killer last minute bars, and Mac Rally showed tremendous improvement from his concept battle debut to hold his own against two vets.

FDL: Free to do what he wants!

Lavatory Records

When you think about music, art or creativity in general, the last thing you’d think of are rules and regulations. No artist likes to deal with anything related to federal and centralisation, as that usually involves some form of control of their art or artistry by the government!

Federal above the Law, commonly known as FDL, is a rapper from Soshanguve in Pretoria. Despite what his name stands for, FDL embodies his full poetic license and is all about creating with no restrictions. He is part of the group Sky[Hi]Fed and an emerging solo artist who has been doing his thing for a long time. FDL is one busy man who finds it hard to sit still as he’s always on the move. Lavatory Records was happy to get a moment with him.

We asked him about his solo career, Sky[Hi]Fed and his perspectives on hip hop at the moment among other things.

The launch of Stellar Fusion Battles headline by KamBINO vs 3PFD (Press release) on the 31st of March 2017

Justice vs Injustice

PITTSBURGH, PA… March 13, 2017… KamBINO has been known as a top notch lyricist and MC throughout his career.  His last few music projects showed that he isn’t afraid to tackle new, and even controversial material with his music.  Now, this Christian Hip-Hop veteran has decided to take on a new challenge – Battle Rap, specifically concept battle rap.

On March 31, 2017, he will step into the ring to face Stellar Fusion Founder 3PFD in a one-off battle at The Engage Conference for Millennials.  Stellar Fusion Battles is a unique league, instead of competing directly with each other, MCs must adopt a character of either a vice or virtue in a battle based on the hard hitting topics, issues, and struggles of today’s world.

This battle is no exception as KamBINO and 3PFD take on the topic of “Justice vs. Injustice.” Dubbed “The Battle to Make a Nation Right.”  In light of the current political and social unrest, this battle is sure to stir emotion by addressing real life issues, while providing hope that can only be found through true justice.

When asked about the battle 3PFD said, “This is the perfect time for this battle.  There’s a lot of negativity and conflict in the culture, and the need for hope is very real.  People need more than sugarcoated answers and quotes, they need people to speak to this issue and the underlying issues that surround it.  KamBINO has a heart for Justice and speaking to social issues, so he was an easy choice for this battle.  I can’t wait to see what he brings.  It is needed!”

Check out the battle trailer:

If you can’t make it live, no worries.  Stellar Fusion Battles will make the battle available for purchase via online Pay Per View for only a small fee after the event.  Information about the Pay Per View will be made available via Stellar Fusion and 3PFD’s social media once the video is ready to go, so stay tuned.

About Stellar Fusion Battles:

Stellar Fusion Battles is the premier concept rap battle league and ministry in the world.  In concept battles, as opposed to the traditional rap battle, which pits two opponents against each other in a verbal boxing match to prove who the superior MC is, concept battles requires that MCs adopt a character that represents either a vice or a virtue.  Then, in a lyrical clash of punch lines, metaphors, bars, and hard hitting a-capella rap, Stellar Fusion Battles brings the same intense entertainment value of battle rap that fans love.   In addition, Stellar Fusion presents truth and life lessons through the themes of the battles.

A fresh Crisp’ T!

Lavatory Records

Out with the old and in with the new! Many people began the year with the theme “a new me” to signify personal change. Although he’s not one for the “new year’s resolutions hype”, 2017 is a different year for our feature today – Crispy T!

The ultra-quirky and industrious dude who was known as Alberton rapper Tikk’n T-Doe, has now embarked on embracing his other alias – Crispy T – as his new “fresh idea”! He is a guy that is an avid connoisseur of apples, the crispness of the crunch will always indicate its freshness. So if it is Crispy, it must be fresh (i.e. he is the self dubbed “Fresh prince of Alberton”).

Interviewing Lavatory Records’ very own creation, is a historical first! Crispy T spoke to us about his name change, what that means for Thato Keikelame and what is to become of Tikk’n T-Doe. He also let us in on The Drive By Design mixtape project, where he will be hosting the first volume. Let’s get straight into the mind of Crispy T!

Press release by battle rapper and Pastor Zach Is Nobody – on his latest battle against Pry The Greatest

Lavatory Records

PITTSBURGH, PA – December 30, 2016… Christian Ministry and Battle Rap. These are two worlds that to many would seem far apart, however, to Zach Deaton, (aka Zach Is Nobody) these two worlds represent his vocation, calling, and passion. He has been successfully able to combine these two worlds over the last two years, first by rising to the main stage of the concept rap league SLAP Battles (aka Showing Love Applying Pressure). From there, he branched out into the secular world of battle rap by competing twice in No Coast Battles.

Zach Is Nobody battled Cincinnati rapper Pry The Greatest in St. Louis this past fall. The footage from this battle recently dropped and can be seen here:

In addition to continuing to pastor and compete in both the concept and secular arenas, Zach Is Nobody will join friend and fellow Battle Rapper 3PFD in launching a new concept rap battle league in 2017. When asked about the new partnership, 3PFD stated, “I’m excited to work with Zach in our new concept battle league/ministry in 2017 and beyond. He’s a great rapper and friend that brings a lot to the table, and I’m excited for what is next for us.”
